What a home watch visit looks like
On each visit we follow a simple checklist you approve in advance — for example checking doors and windows appear secure, looking for visible signs of water leaks or pests, confirming the air conditioning appears to be running, and noting anything unusual outside. You receive a short report after each check.
If you’re also a pool customer, your pool is already being cared for every week, so home watch simply extends that same set of eyes to the rest of the property.
What home watch is — and isn’t
Home watch is a visual check service. It is not a security or alarm-monitoring service, a home inspection, an insurance service or a substitute for licensed contractors. When we see something that needs attention, we let you know and, if you ask, help coordinate with qualified professionals where required.
