Wellen Park Pool Service

Wellen Park pool service

Pool service in Wellen Park, done every week.

Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance for Wellen Park homeowners — the brushing, skimming, testing and balancing your pool needs, handled on a consistent schedule so you can simply enjoy it.

A pool company that stays close to home

We are a Wellen Park–focused pool company. Instead of running routes across the whole region, we concentrate on homes in Wellen Park and North Port — which means more consistent visit days, more time spent at each pool and quicker follow-up when you have a question.

Our service is built for how people actually live here: busy families who don’t want to spend Saturday brushing a pool, seasonal residents who need someone reliable while they’re up north, and new homeowners who want pool care sorted before the moving boxes are unpacked.

Why weekly pool cleaning matters in Southwest Florida

Pools here work hard. Strong sun burns off chlorine quickly, warm water encourages algae, and summer afternoon storms can dilute chemicals and wash debris in overnight. In the drier months, wind and pollen still settle on the surface and in the skimmer. A weekly visit keeps up with all of it before small shifts in chemistry turn into cloudy or green water.

Screened and unscreened pools

Many Wellen Park homes have screened pool cages; others are open to the yard. We service both. Screen enclosures keep out most leaves but not fine dust, pollen or insects, so brushing and filter checks still matter. Unscreened pools typically need more skimming and basket cleaning — one reason your enclosure type is part of your quote.

Pools with spas and salt systems

Attached spas that share the pool’s water are cleaned and included in testing on every visit. Salt water pools still need regular balancing; we test the water and let you know when salt levels or the salt cell look like they need attention.

Seasonal residents

If you spend part of the year away, weekly service keeps the pool clean and circulating while the house is empty. You get a notification after each visit, and if we notice something unusual — equipment not running, low water, a visible leak — we contact you so you can decide what to do next.

Hurricane season

Storms bring heavy rain, debris and power outages. Once a storm has passed and it is safe to return to routes, we work to get pools cleaned out and rebalanced as quickly as conditions allow. As a general rule, don’t drain your pool ahead of a storm — an empty pool can be damaged by groundwater pressure.

What you get

Every visit, the same thorough checklist.

  • Skim the surface

Leaves, bugs and floating debris removed from the water.

  • Brush walls, steps & tile line

Keeps algae and buildup from getting a foothold.

  • Empty skimmer & pump baskets

Clear baskets help your pump circulate properly.

  • Test the water

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity checked every visit.

  • Balance chemicals

Adjusted for Florida heat, sun and rainfall.

  • Check the filter

Filter pressure monitored so we can flag when it needs cleaning.

  • Look over equipment

A visual check of pump, filter and plumbing for anything unusual.

  • Visit notification

A quick note after each visit so you know it’s done.

Pricing

Custom weekly pricing, explained upfront.

Weekly service plans are customized based on pool size, enclosure, equipment and service needs. We don’t add surprise fees — your quote explains what’s included, and anything outside routine service is approved by you first.

  • Pool size & shape

Larger pools take more time to brush and more chemicals to balance.

  • Screened or unscreened

Open pools usually collect more leaves, pollen and debris each week.

  • Attached spa

A spa that shares the pool’s system is cleaned and tested each visit.

  • Equipment

Filter type, salt system and automation affect what each visit involves.

What weekly service doesn’t include

Weekly pool service covers cleaning, water care and a visual equipment check. It does not include equipment repair or replacement, leak detection, resurfacing, or other contractor work. If we see something that needs attention, we’ll tell you what we noticed and either quote it separately or refer you to an appropriately licensed pool contractor.

FAQ

Wellen Park pool service FAQ

Don’t see your question? Send us a message — we’re happy to help.

How often is my pool serviced?

Once a week, on a consistent service day. Weekly visits keep chlorine and pH in range through Southwest Florida’s heat, sun and summer storms, and stop small problems from turning into green water.

Are chemicals included?

Routine balancing chemicals used during your weekly visit are part of the plan we quote. Specialty treatments — for example algae recovery, stain treatment or salt for a salt system — are discussed and approved with you before anything is added. Your quote spells out exactly what is included.

Do you service screened pools?

Yes. We service both screened (caged) and unscreened pools. Unscreened pools usually collect more leaves and debris, so enclosure type is one of the things we consider when we prepare your quote.

Do you repair pumps, heaters or other equipment?

Our weekly service includes a visual check of your equipment, and we tell you if something looks wrong. Repairs and equipment replacement are not part of weekly service; when needed, they are quoted separately or referred to an appropriately licensed pool contractor.

Do you service salt water pools?

Yes. Salt systems still need regular testing and balancing. We check the water and let you know when salt levels or the salt cell appear to need attention.

Can service begin before I move in?

Yes. Many Wellen Park homeowners set up pool service before closing or move-in day so the pool is clean and balanced when they arrive. Tell us your expected move-in or possession date and we will plan around it.

Do you service seasonal residents?

Yes. Weekly service continues while you are away, with a short notification after each visit. If we notice something unusual — a pump that is not running, low water, visible equipment issues — we let you know so you can decide what to do.

How quickly can service begin?

It depends on current route availability. After we review your pool details we will give you a start date along with your quote — and if you are moving in on a specific date, we will work toward it.
